Arlo pro notification sound

When will I be able to change the notification sound when there is motion? I've read there is supposed to be a change on the IPhone app and there is not one. Not having the ability to change the sound really makes these things pointless especially at night.

In the Android app........ Settings > Notifications > Notification Tone

The iOS app doesn't have that setting?

No, from what I have read this option is only available on Andriod devices. Unless there is an update for the IOS app but I'm unaware of any

That stinks. You would hope with the iPhone 8 coming out soon that netgear would get it's iOS app inline with the andriod version.

Can an arlo or netgear representative please answer this? Does not make sense to have a quiet ding as a motion notification.....

Customizing the push notification tone is currently available for the Android Arlo mobile app, but is not yet available for iOS. I do not have any information at this time for when/if this will be available for iOS.
