yes and no.....

biggest issue is lack of flash for Live playback on the TV

I can stream save/recorded videos to my Samsung but they are in mp4 format which the tv support.

If you can stream with a sling box or similar to your tv direct from a computer , then yes ...but not directly most of the time

FWIW, I can use the Chrome browser on my Samsung Smart TV to view the site. As mentioned, the lack of Flash makes live view unusable but you can do 99% of everything else with no problem, including checking the library.
