Arlo Pro Add Friend unable to use talk through camera

Currently, no matter what access I give to a "friend", they are unable to utilize the "Talk through Camera" function. Is there a way to give this priviliege to a "friend"? Or is there a way to add a second "full feature" login to the system?

It would appear that it's an incomplete list since I just tried it and it works as long as you give your friend the additional Access Rights at the bottom of the Grant Access screen.
