Can you please advise me if I erased the tape in error is their a back up I might be able to locate?

You mean you deleted a video and want to get it back now??? ( no tapes here )

Yes, but it depends on how important it is to you.

You have to sign up for a paid account for more days than you now have and how far you want to go back.

So if your on Basic level and need something from last 10 days, if you sign up for the Preimer account with 30 days storage, you will have 30 days back from the current date

Serveral have done this is the past and it has worked.... so again how important is the file??
