Arlo Pro do not conect

Seven Days.

Seven days Have pass since they last talk. I trying to make talk again and is not success. I follow al the rule but they are playing hard to get. Every minute I glance over my phone to see is it any new communication, but it is a negative.

Well let me said this my arlo base do not want to talk to the camera. I charge the batteries and still no sync contact custumer support and suprise it is like the arlo base trying to sync. please help.

Do a hard reset with the button on the back of the base station and re-sync all the cameras from scratch

If you reset the base, be sure to remove everything from Settings, My Devices, too.
