I have been receiving a 'getting status' status for 2 days, on 3 of my Arlo Pro cameras. My 4th camera, Arlo Q is working fine. The worst part is that I am out of town. My internet connection is fine. I have not been able to troubleshoot this problem from my mobile app. Have anyone had this problem?

when it is stating "getting status" try logging out the log back in and try again. also, can you try logging in on a computer to see if it makes a difference. whenever I have received this message a log off and on has worked.
