my Arlo pro was "already registered" by a support technician for some reason unknown to me and not by me or a support ticket I created? How do I know that someone else has not created a new user account on my system?

When you set up the base you have to be on the same network as it to register your account.

There can only be one master account holder per base. From there you can grant access to others.

To be doubly sure, you can master rest the base and set it up as new. This will kick out any other remote access that there may have been.

MrsHartman,

It sounds like you are attempting to register your system on the support site. If you have already set up your Arlo account, this has already been done, which is why you are seeing that error message.
