push to talk on galaxy s8

Hi recently bought the arlo pro cameras but there is little or sound coming out of the camera when I use the app on my galaxy s8

I have the audio settings set to max

any ideas please?

Some/many phones have this issue with the app. Apparently using a Bluetooth headset overcomes this as does the use of a computer. It's basically due to the inability to turn up the mic gain on a mobile device.

Is this something thats going to be fixed as its quite handy when your not at home to use the mobile?

I'd like to see mobile OS developers add mic gain controls to their respective OSes. Short of that, I suspect it may not be solveable in the current implementations of hardware. Perhaps the next generation of products will take this into account.
