topic Arlo pro Base station offline in Arlo Pro

The base station remains offline whenever the router reboots or looses internet connection. I have to restart the base station for the cameras to start working again. The firmware version on the base station is 1.18.10.1_13433. This is really annoying if you are not home and this issue occurs. Has anyone else have issues where base station goes offline due to internet/ router issues?

Not really a fix for your problem but a workaround could be something like a wemo switch (outlet) that you can control with wifi that powers the base station. Then when there's a router reboot, you can manually power off and power on the base station to restart it. You shouldn't have to do this but for now, it's a workaround

This is a good idea as a work around but I hope their engineers are looking for a fix on the base station itself.

I'm having the same issue and ironically I just added wemo switches to my house which I believe are the cause of my frequent router issues. Electronics, technology, progression, gotta love them. I'm the flip side, if my arlo base would go online I could arm and disarm it using alexa.
