problem with arlo pro and smartthnigs hub

so got them working together but..

The custom mode in arlo app that is called smartthings keep shanging from record video to do nothing. I set up this custom mode to record video. if i check a little it says do nothing, everything else is the same so i get notification but no recording???????

help!!!

i have to modes in smartthings

1 i am back - turns cameras off

2 goodbye - turns cameras on

this is standard.......

so the first time i am turning on goodbye it works, cameras start recording and when i use i am back mode it stop and turn cameras off. The second time the arlo app changes the settings in the cameras to do nothing............

There is a bug in the smartthings mode in the arlo app that reverts it back to default settings, which is do nothing, when you cycle your cameras on/off. The workaround is to delete the smartthings mode in the arlo app, set the mode to armed, then setup smartthings to trigger on/off events or video recording.
