Can't charge Arlo Pro battery

This is the first time I have tried to charge the battery. I'm using the charger and cable that came with the camera and plugging then directly into the back of the camera. I see the error that the charging source can't charge and to use the Arlo adapter but that's what I'm using. I don't have other cameras so I can't try swapping batteries. I've tried pulling the battery out and putting it back in again. This battery was actually a replacement battery sent to me by Arlo support because the first one was bad and just stopped working entirely. This product and quality are so frustrating!

There could be a chance that the fault has always been with the camera or charger and not the battery.

If you remove the battery and attached the charger does the camera work?

Yes, the camera works when I remove the battery.

That tends to point to the camera instead. Use your existing case or open a new case.
