    <description>I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Restarted my phone, etc. I don't know how to add my phone number to my email address though I've been looking up how to do it. Btw I go through straight talk as my service provider. Also if I were to add my number to email does that mean all future emails will come in as text messages? Because that would be a lot, or can I specifically choose which emails I receive as sms such as only arlo?</description>

      <description>Hello, I am having issues with getting push notifications to work on my android device. I have the Amazon fire phone, and both my phone and camera's push notifications are enabled. I also have the email alerts setting enabled as well and it works just fine, I receive an email every time my arlo pro camera detects motion. I just don't receive any push notifications. It is very unnerving not to be able to be immediately notified if my arlo pro camera has detected any activity. Please help asap. I'm aware some people mention they get sms alerts as well? Which would be fine by me as long as I receive an instant notice of some kind other than just through the email alerts as I have to manually go check my email to find about any detection that has taken place after the fact rather than be immediately notified on my phone. I appreciate any input and really need this to be fixed as it is one of the main reasons I purchased the arlo pro. I look forward to hearing back from the community about any solutions.       <description>&lt;P&gt;First if your not getting pushes , I would uninstall and reinstall the app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;fyi, pushes come at the start of an alert while emails come when the video file is completed. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are no SMS alerts sent unless many use their phone number as email addresses like many cell providers allow.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would go in and add your phone number to the email adresses to see how it works for you..with Verizon it's pretty good other carriers not so much&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;First...to add an email address, go to MODE.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If ARMED ( more than likely your using this one ) doesn't appear on the right column , click on the Base unit.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Click on "&amp;gt;" after ARMED to edit,&amp;nbsp; Pick camera ( this must be done for each ), hit edit&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Near bottom below your current email.&amp;nbsp; to add email hit the circle with + in it&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Make entry and hit SAVE&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It will only send SMS for that arlo email , not all of them... and you can easily remove later&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Straight talk uses verizon or att , you should know&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;format for cells number to SMS is as follows;&lt;/P&gt;
