    <description>&lt;P&gt;I normally wouldn't say 4-6 months for the average user..more like 3+.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All based on the more you use it , the less the battery lasts ( tho I do have one now at 4 months with 34% battry left, but I only arm it, don't view it )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These are not 24/7 record cameras...they are "detect motion then record", time of recording is from 10 sec to 2 mins with a reset time beween files of 8-10 secs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am learning about the Arlo Pro.&amp;nbsp; It appears that the battery lasts 4-6 months, is that correct?&amp;nbsp; Does that mean that every 4 months or so I have to get up on a ladder to remove the battery for charging?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, if the battery lasts that long, does that mean that it isn't running continuously, but only when there is movement?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have only installed mine for about 2 weeks and I am now down to 70%. Lol.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use live view a lot, but just for a couple of minutes throughout the day. This probably kills the battery life faster.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My units records about 6 to 10 clips per night when I arm them. So really, ymmv...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
