Arlo Pro doesnt record entire feild

Hi experts,

My arlo pro is not recroding the motion if a object enters the feild. The object has to be with in 10 feet to record the video.

Is there any setting I can change so that, the movement object enters camera viewing angle I can record the video. I tried increasing the sensitivity to 100% but no luck.

If the object is too far from the camera, it cannot detect motion. It sounds like the motion you are trying to detect is outside the range of the camera. You could try repositioning the camera to see if you get the same results.
