&lt;P&gt;What firmware update are you having trouble with, the base station or the camera? Are you seeing any error messages?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;For the camera, be sure the signal strength is good and the battery is charged as these are conditions that could causes the firmware update to fail.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Cannot get the firmware to update</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You know I love the picture quality and sound but we have had this a week and have done everything in the world to get the firmware to update and it will not. We also do not have a microphone showing for use or a toggle button to request automatic updates. I do not know anything else to do but return our equipment and find something else .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My mic went away after awhile for some reason, I re installed the arlo app on my phone and it is back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
