Hi,

When downloading several videos from My Arlo account at the same time, videos download with filenames that do not state date or time the videos were recorded, so it is difficult to keep track. Is there a solution for this?

Filenames are in epoch time. Use https://www.epochconverter.com/ to convert.

Do you know of a software in which several 10 second videos could be put together in order to have just one video for an specific time period?

Check out the video software that comes with your OS. I've used Windows Live Movie Maker in the past. If that doesn't work there may be other free software that will do it. I use paid software if you choose to go that route.
