      <description>I agree "What kind of security are you offering if I can't access the cameras while I am not at home!!!!" Unable to login from app &amp;amp; online gives me a message "you dont have permission to access" Been down for a day now!!! Very disappointed.</description>

      <description>I have the VMS4230-100NAS which is not even listed.&lt;BR /&gt;Getting same error from the App Evey day now. It worked once the first time I logged in, now nothing.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here. Only issues with the app..."...currently unavailable" Install/reinstall, reboot etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Works fine online, just the app. Started yesterday as far as I can tell (8/28)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
