I know I just asked this in a different thread, but will a random extention cord work(attached to the Arlo Wire, the to the wall)?

NETGEAR does not recommend modifying or using an alternative cable as this could result in damage to the camera and/or solar panel and void the warranty. At this time, it is recommended to use only the cable included with the Arlo Solar Panel.
