How do I create a mode with different rules for each Arlo Wire-Free or Arlo Pro Wire-Free camera?

I have two cameras and want to be able to have one set to record 24/7 and the other to not record when I am there unless it is after a specific time and record when I leave.

Can this be done?

Yes, you'll need a mode for each situation and to do it through geofencing that operates the schedule mode

I see how to create different modes but how can you get it to switch between the different modes automatically?

the Geofencing only gives you two options home and away, I looked at IFTTT to accomplish this but it does not give you the options to trigger the induvial cameras.

Any suggestions?

Set one of the geofencing options as Schedule mode. In schedule settings, set the recording modes for the time periods you want.
There's no way to control cameras individually. You must do it through using different modes
