Arlo Pro cameras won't sync to bas station

Hello, I bought a 4 camera bundle and was able to sync 3 of the 4. However, the 4th camera won't sync. It is fully charged and I still get an amber light the flashes twice. How can I sync this one?

Two amber flashes indicates something else but I don't know what. It may be that the battery is dead. Try plugging it in or swapping batteries with another camera and try again.
