Arlo Pro poor video quality

Hi all
I'm using my 2 x new apron cameras. I'm dissapointed with the picture quality. Pixilated/ grainy image.
How can I improve this? Faster internet? I'm on 12Mbs.
Worried that I've bought a duff product!!

Ensure all cameras are on Best Video under each camera's Video Settings

Make sure you have a fast enough upload speed

Try to make sure the base station is as central to the camera positions as possible so they all get the best signal strength. Try to minimise objects in the way of the signal.

Try to change your wifi router channel to an unclogged one or 6 if they're all the same and the base station will follow it overnight or with a restart

Sorry steve_t, what do you think from upload speed? Fast enough = how much MBps? I'm on 30 down 5 up. But try with a 20/20 and same thing: poor quality. I tried many position: 5-100 feet, 0 objects in wifi's way.
And the channel in wi-fi settings? I have 3 wi-fi here: my, netgear (Arlo base) and another. My is 11, arlo 11, another is in 1+5.

30 down and 5 up should be enough. Netgear suggest a minimum upload speed of 1Mbps but obviously the higher the better. The ping speed might also contribute. This should be as low as possible
