Cameras Not Showing anywhere on the site Only base station shows

I configured the camera, it synchronizes. I have tried three different browsers. The base station works. The siren sounds. The mode shows the base. I click on the base and it shows armed. Motion detection On. I see the camera blinking. However, there is no Edit pencil showing or any cameras showing anywhere. Recordings are showing blank.ModeCameras not showing upCamera Status

Punt. Remove everything from Settings, My Devices. Press the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras. Any better?

Removed device from Settings. Reset device. Synchronized camera--first slow blue blinking light, then rapid. The camera light on the base unit turned orange. Nothing shows up on the portal now. Not even the base device. Adding device again does nothing.
