    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can't see the pics til the group admins authorise them. I assume you're using VLC to view the videos. Someone said earlier about changing the viewing resolution to get a better picture??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>USB video quality Arlo Pro</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I added a 16GB USB drive to my Arlo Pro basestation. Today I removed the drive to view some videos that were no longer online. The quality of the viodeo was so poor that I couldn't even tell whcih camera it was from.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Others, usually on a Mac, have had issues with viewing videos from the USB device. &amp;nbsp;Updating to the latest version of VLC has always worked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
