    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yup, as noted in the documentation it uses the FAT32 file system which only supports 2TB. I'd suggest a thumb drive instead and use the HD for other things. You don't need a huge thumb drive 16-32GB holds a lot of videos. Just keep an eye on its capacity and copy/clear it out as needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo Pro videos recording, but will not play back in app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Using Arlo Pro with formatted WD 4TB HD attached to base station.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HD is recording mp4 files. Second external device tried. Same results on both HDs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These will not play properly in Quicktime, VLC or Realplayer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using Macbook pro with latest OS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Files are tall &amp;amp; skinny, and totally blurred, like a completely out of focus close up of foliage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just tried reformatting the drive. No examples yet..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
