    <description>&lt;P&gt;What recording mode are you using? Does this mode have rules that all say to record on motion detection? If any of the rules say to do nothing on motion detection but to send you a push notification, that would explain what's happening. The other possibility is that the videos are delayed in making it to your library. If this is the case, power cycle your base station and see how you get on&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'v arlo pro with 4 cameras.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I received 12 alerts on my iphone "Motion detect on ..." but I only have 2 videos in the library.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happen already many times in the past weeks too&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Battery and signal are fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where is the problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It all the settings are correct, it may be time to contact support and check your account from their end. I haven't heard of any other similar issues though so still suspect a rule problem somewhere.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may also want to try deleting the camera from your device list and re-sync'ing the camera to your base station as a fresh start&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you able to take the base station and a camera to someone else's house with fast internet with a low ping? I'd be interested to hear how you find it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
