    <description>&lt;P&gt;If it worked before and doesn't work now you've changed your router, it stands to reason that the problem is with the router. Arlo Pro base station requires ports 80, 123, 443 to be open. If you have a router from your ISP, there's a chance these or one of these ports has been closed for security reasons. You may need to contact your ISP to ensure these ports are open for your Arlo to work&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;Arlo base station describes model# VMB4000&lt;BR /&gt;Initially when I bought I don't have connection issues. When I set up the new modem and router and connecting to Arlo base, orange light keep blinking but never connects. I tried reset the base station, I believe Reset button is not working.&lt;BR /&gt;Please suggest on how to proceed.</description>
