    <description>&lt;P&gt;Arlo cams (Pro &amp;amp; Q) have been working great for a week.&amp;nbsp; I left the house today.&amp;nbsp; the system logged my exit then died!!!&amp;nbsp; Base station and all cameras have are showing "offline" in both Devices and Mode views.&amp;nbsp; Intermittently getting notifications via email and Arlo App but when I log in to check....continues to show offline.&amp;nbsp; Have been in touch with both Hyrdro and Internet companies...no service interruptions reported.&amp;nbsp; Is Arlo this buggy?&amp;nbsp; My husband is home, has unplugged the router and reconnected by the cams are not coming back on line consistently.&amp;nbsp; What's up!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can say that prob something is up with your router / wifi...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The PRO and the Q work very differently in the at the Pro links into the base unit while the Q hooks directly into you home wifi.... the fact the BOTH went off line at the same time could be the outside internet ( which you stated was not down ) but it may have been the router/home wifi.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not much else would take both off line at the same time ( except power ) except what they have in common.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
