      <title>Arlo Pro Dual Charging Station not charging</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Arlo Pro Dual Charging Dock. I completed charging two new batteries and exchanged them for the discharged batteries in two cameras.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Dock is plugged in using the factory supplied cable and plug. In fact, I topped up the two new batteries before installing them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now the discharged batteries are plugged in and I get NO lights of any kind on the Dock. Tried pushing and re-seating the batteries to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cannot register the product because the model number is not in the drop-down list after you enter the serial number to register new products, so cannot get to NetGear support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas welcomed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cealy&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try and change the power supply and cable for&amp;nbsp;the one that came with the cameras to see if its&amp;nbsp;one of those that's&amp;nbsp;faulty.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If necessary, call support instead of emailing them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Waited a couple of hours, unplugged and replugged all cables and the wall plug, and it started working when I unplugged and replugged the cable tip into the dock. This morning both batteries are green.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So based on a sample of one, I'd say the device is lacking in "hot swappability." I will replaced the other two batteries tonight and see what happens when I put two more discharged batteries in the dock.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will report back if anything interesting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still surprised and disappointed that NetGear bothers to put a serial number on this device but does not include the model number in the drop-down box so you can register it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cealy&lt;/P&gt;</description>
