Hi,

I have installed Wirefree Arlo Pro HD Cameras and connected them to the Base Station successfully from my mobile phone. All cameras, base stations and the mobile phone are on the same network. I need the ability to log into my home network and view the cameras while on the web and still connect to my cameras from the web portal.

Are there any port forwarding required or any other settings as when i login to the web portal using my user id and password it mentions that it is not connected to the internet.

i am able to login using my 4G Vodacom network on my mobile phone though.

Thanks,
Tushar.

You can't connect to any Arlo dvice directly - it's all through the Netgear portal. Thus, you need to do nothing to access the system remotely - use the app or browser as you are now.
