    <description>&lt;P&gt;The top camera (driveway?) seems to have an issue with having external lights directly in the camera view. &amp;nbsp;Try turning off the lights temporarily to see if the quality improves. Is the plastic protection over the camera lens still in place? &amp;nbsp;That could be an issue, too.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not sure what I'm looking at for the bottom (porch?) but may be the same issue(s).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Model no.VMS4230. Has night vision but we are unable to see the area. It is showing extremely dark and unable to view. We have checked the setting and night is on. What can we do?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Might just be the distance and view. &amp;nbsp;Put the camera in a dark room and record. &amp;nbsp;If the dull red LEDs come on around the lens and you can see ok, it's the position and view that's the issue. &amp;nbsp;Post daytime and nighttime screenshots so we can see.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
