Shared user cannot disarm Arlo system

I set up system today and "invited" my hisband so he could look up activity on his phone. When he tries to delete the live streams the delete "trash can" does not work. He has to get off the system hen back on. Takes a while to get everything deleted. Also, he does not have access to the settings to disarm system. I'm hoping there is a way for him to do it so he can monitor the way he needs to when I'm not home. Thanks

Did you grant him the additional privileges in Grant Access? Have you checked the FAQs for what the difference is between having those privileges or not?
