      <description>Charge it for 3 hours and see if it's fully charged. It could be a bad battery.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just purchased this item and 3 out of the 4 batteries that came with the unit were charged fully the 4th was&amp;nbsp; not.&amp;nbsp; I tried to charge it and nothing happens and doesn't seem to want to charge at all.&amp;nbsp; What can I do to get a replacement one for this and return this one to Arlo?&amp;nbsp; Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
