Have you turned the motion sensitivity setting for the camera to 100? Is the rule for the camera to detect motion and record? Did you remember to click back and click SAVE when you altered the motion sensitivity for the rule for that camera?

I have only had the set for 3 weeks and 1 of the cameras wont detect motion. What shall I do, I'm thinking of taking it back to JB Hifi, but then I have to take the entire set back, not just the faulty camera.
