Arlo pro charger help

Hi I lost my arlo pro charger for the cameras and I have been looking for a charger for 3 months now and haven't t had any luck. I ordered one on amazon January 5th (it's now April 17th) but got an email in the beginning of April saying the ordered couldn't be fulfilled. I've tried using other chargers that fit the camera but when I log into the arlo app it says the charger is not compatible. My batteries are running low now and I need to get something figured out asap. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I am unsure of any other cables that will charge these cameras. If you're looking to expand your system the add on cameras you can buy come with a cable. Either that or the charging station but supply has been very limited with those. I haven't seen the charging cable alone for sale anywhere.

Any Qualcomm Quick Charge capable charger should work. The cable may be an issue since it has to fit in the camera securely but some trimming of the plastic surround on the cable's connector should make it fit.

Is there no way to buy an actual arlo pro charging cable? I've bought other cables thinking it will work and it says it is not compatible If any one knows of a for sure solution that'd be great. I'm not really trying to buy any more charging cables that won't work. Does arlo not sell its customers simple charging cords, or do they just want people to own a million of their cameras, because that seems to be the only way to get a dang charger cord!

And jguerdat the second link you sent is just for wall plugs or car plug ins. I need the cord not the wall plug.

You can't buy just the cable. Your choice is to use any other quality cable and trim to fit, if required.

I also need an indoor charger cable for my arlo pro. I've purchased a cable from Amazon which claims to work but when I plugged it in the app says it won't charge with that cable.

Arlo: it doesn't seem reasonable to not be able to purchase an addiontal charging cable.

It's likely not the cable although that is a possibility. To charge the Pro battery requires a charger that conforms to the Qualcomm Quick Charge capability with 5v and 9v of at least 1.5 amps. Many new phones use this so buy such a charger compatible with something like the Samsung S7/8. Check the specs first, though.

Again, it's likely NOT the cable but the charger itself.
