on my Pixel XL any video I download from the app are in the download folder.

settings/ storage/ explore/ download (sort by date modified)

ON IOS, you can select the folder name in the APP settings

On andoid it is as above.

It may depend on the exact time phone and/or OS but I'm finding that videos are now being stored in Downloads but in separate folders for each camera attached to a base with folder names for the specific camera. There are other folders in there that I can't make sense of other than one by date. Q camera videos are not store in a folder - they're just in Downloads.
