Arlo Pro - Camera Setting - speaker is disabled

My Microphone disappeared , i guess bc of the new update?? so i deleted and re installed the app, and its re appeared

but now it says

" Your camera speaker is disabled.
Go to Camera Settings to enable."

Where can i find this option? its not on the actual arlo app, i went to settings on my Iphone 6s, and cant find it anywhere! i keep reading other peoples comments on this and cant find an answer, has this problem been fixed? help please 😉

I had the same problem two days ago. Looked everywhere for the setting. Go to your settings in Arlo (not on your iPhone) and turn the audio setting off and on. That should work

I tried that too!! i turned it off and on.. at least like 3 times. then i kept restarting my phone to try it and it still isnt working

This is my problem too, it's very frustrating, I am going to call customer service to see if they can fix the problem
