I'm trying to download the Arlo app to my tablet, Samsung Tab S2 and my phone, Samsung Galaxy Note Edge. Both are running Android 6.0.1.

I click 'Install' and it reads 'Download pending' and never goes any further. This is on both my phone and tablet. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for any help...

Shari Malcomb

Update: It has downloaded, finally, but is not installing. Yet. This may happen at a later time based on previous issues. Is this what I have to look forward to with this app? I'm starting to get worried...

That's a device and/or Play Store issue. Try restarting you devices. Make sure the OS and Google services are up to date.
