Won't Save Lengthened Recording Time

I have tried both the app and website to change the recording time from :10 to 120. It won't save the change.

Simple, right? Move the bar over to 120 and click "save". I've not had any luck with it sticking at 120.

The box actually reads VMC 4130.

Any ideas why this is not happening?

Depending on the mode and whether it's the app or website you may need to save the setting as well as the mode itself so 2 saves.

Almost as soon as I posted this I poked around on the app long enough to find that out!

However on the website there is no "save" button to click. So that is still an issue.

For the web, there used to be a Back link at the top left but that disappeared. Use the Edit Rule link there instead so you can save.
