First, if you are on the basic level ( free ) storage is 7 days rolling. On day8 the day1 videos are auto deleted, on day9, day2 are deleted...etc.

You may have to explain in better detail as to picture locking up... don' quite understand yr meaning.

But the normal procedure for phones is to delete and re-install the app

I meant to say that the video is locked up like on pause and will not play, also, the e-mail notifications were removed from phone.

for a brief minute I was able to view video via e-mail before it auto removed.

The link within an email notification will only remain live for 24 hours. After 24 hours the link will expire. The video associated to the link will however remain the library for up to 7 days (on the free Basic Plan) or until manually deleted.

Are you seeing any kind of error messages when attempting to live stream the camera?

I do not get error message. I did view emails within 24 hours and do understand when picture is no longer there however email is and picture is unavailable? In my case emails just removed. Later that day the problem went away and was able to see videos on Arlo.
