Reset the base by holding the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Wait for the power and Internet LEDs to turn green. Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Use the Add Device button in the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras. Make sure you only briefly press the base sync button to sync the cameras. Did that help at all?

I got my cameras all set up and then was setting up the application on my phone and deleted by mistake; now when I click Add Device it will allow me to go through the process and it looks like all works properly but instead of showing the cameras on my app it simply goes back to the "ADD DEVICE" screen and nothing is working.

Tried resetting the base, unplugged, uninstalled app and reinstalled- nothing is working and I'm just going in circles!!

HELP!

I wish! But once I add the second camera and click finish, it just goes back to Add Device screen... no cameras show up.
