      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got the same message "base station error code 4012". When I go to that particular camera under settings, it says an update is available. When I click to update, it says "upgrade version invalid".&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem / same symptons. After a power cycle of the base station and logging out of the Arlo website, the problem disappeared.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
