    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;When I log into my account from my laptop, because I suddenly couldn't access my account on my phone, the message is that my camera is offline.&amp;nbsp; It tells me to make sure I'm on the internet (I am) and then click "HERE" to download updated Adobe Flash.&amp;nbsp; The link leads nowhere but I went to the Adobe website and updated Flash.&amp;nbsp; I still keep getting the same messages.&amp;nbsp; Please help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just tried those and no luck. &amp;nbsp;I'm wondering if it could be something as simple as a dead battery. &amp;nbsp;I ended up keeping the device plugged in all the time because it got "tired" so frequently. &amp;nbsp;I've had it for 4 months.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could run it without the battery if need be and inside...just use the cable and adapter&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Plug it in and see if it re syncs&lt;/P&gt;</description>
