Videos missing from library

I have a basic plan that keeps 7 days of recordings in my library. Today when I checked all but today and yesterday's showed up. And some are missing from yesterday's. I've never seen this happen before as I always have recordings for the full 7 days and haven't made any changes. Anyone else have this issue?

I am having this issue as well. I contacted support about the missing ones from previous days and they showed up, but I lost all of the 17th recordings. I can make new ones happen but something glitched out AGAIN the past few days.

Well, at least I'm not alone. The free/basic plan doesn't come with support so I can't contact them. My old recordings are still gone but at least it seems to be working and saving everything since late Sunday.
