I hope this helps with others who had problems with the loss of intercom capability; I.e missing mic icon: I took the following actions this afternoon: 1. Restarted Arlo Base Station 2. After reboot, logged out of app by going to settings then profile and logout 3. Rebooted iPhone and then logged back into Arlo Pro and mic was. Ack and functioning as normal. I don't know if all these steps are required or if the order in which I performed them made a difference. Good luck.
