topic Arlo Pro Base Statation does not connect to Apple Time Capsule in Arlo Pro

Has anyone else had issues settting up the Arlo Pro on an Apple Time Capsule? When plugged in, the internet LED indicator on the base station never lights up despite constant reboots and after leaving it plugged in through the ethernet, it makes my wifi very unsteady. I don't have any special characters in the SSID. I know there's nothing wrong with the Arlo system as I took it to my office to test after mutliple attempts setting up at home and it was just plug and play in the office.

Netgear Tech Support seems to think it's an Apple issue and told me to call them.

If the Arlo system works in your office, this points to your home network as the cause of the issue. If the internet LED never is lit this indicates the base isn't connecting to the router or the internet. Have you tried using a different, known working, ethernet port on the router? Also be sure to use a known working ethernet cable.
