USB Device Not Formatting

So I stuck a 64GB USB flash drive into one of the USB ports on the Arlo Pro base station and went into the app to format the drive. However, when I hit "Format USB Device" the status changed to "Formatting" but then reverted back to "Requires Formatting" a few seconds later.

Now, there's a small banner at the bottom that says "Formatting USB device..." but it still says "Requires Formatting" at the top instead of "Formatting".

Furthermore, the small activity light on the flash drive isn't lighting up at all, so I'm not sure what's going on. It's been on "Formatting USB device" for about 10 minutes so far..

Eject the usb stick and format it in your computer ( use FAT32 ) as a test to make sure the stick is good.

After formatting in the computer put into the base
