&lt;P&gt;In order for the camera to charge, you MUST be using the supplied adapter and cable... the adapter is a Qualcomm type that supplies dual voltage of 5v and 9 v. ( cam needs 9v to charge )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So if an issue, pull out the battery and then replace in camera...use the supplied adapter for ac and when plugged i nte hble led should go on&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;( or look at the camera in settings , you will see the charging "lightning bolt" symbol&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I am trying to charge my Arlo Pro camera for the first time, and it is not working.
