I had same issue. My fix was to go to settings and turned my camera to off. It then down loaded the firmware. Hope that helps

Just installed my system and one camera reflects a firmware update is available. The camera won't update when I press "update". It keeps going back to the original screen reflecting the update notice. I have tried to remove the camera and resync but that didn't work. Any thoughts?

John
