Motion detection false alarm?

Would an Arlo pro camera on my porch likely pick up a hanging light from the ceiling that swings in the wind from time to time? I have one of the "Mr beams" battery powered motion detecting lights, and that PIR light doesn't trigger with the hanging light movement.

It's possible but if another PIR device doesn't I'd think you should be ok.
