    <description>Also, make sure your sensitivity setting is the one in your modes/rules, not in Settings for motion detection testing.</description>

      <title>Motion detection going off a 1%</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The motion detector on one camera keeps going off....i have it set down to 1% and i still get email....and alerts. I have also turn the camera off and removed the battery.....i have had the Arlo pro system for about a month all good till today...any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Open and remove the battery.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to the settings for the PRO and use REMOVE DEVICE&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;replace battery&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Bring back Camera as new ( will reset all to default )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Test again.... if trouble continues, contact Netgear Support&lt;/P&gt;</description>
